OUR MISSION STATEMENT
We aim to provide opportunities for empowerment, enhancement and participation in the community for adults with intellectual disabilities (regardless of the level of disability). We will respect and celebrate individuality in a safe environment.
The programme manager plans each participant's individual programme in accordance with their personal goals. Goals are set by the participant where possible, and/or with support from their family and their support team.
We concentrate on developing life, social, numeracy, and literacy skills with a focus on providing meaningful community participation opportunities and work experience, where possible.
